"Great Egg-Spectations" is the sixty-ninth episode of Goof Troop, and the fourth episode to premiere on ABC's Saturday morning line-up.
Synopsis[]
Wanting a pet to own, Max Goof finds a huge Godzilla- like egg and it hatches into a baby creature remeniscent of Little Godzilla, plus Max Goof names it Bubbles. But then, he has trouble keeping Bubbles out of trouble. Then Goofy Goof, P.J. Pete and his dad Peter Pete come to greet Max Goof and Bubbles with his Mother.

- One of the two characters such as Bubbles and Bubbles' mother actually looks like Godzilla and they were inspired from Minilla, a monster from Toho’s live-action film Son Of Godzilla.
- Bubbles has the same name from Finding Nemo, Lilo and Stitch, The Adventures Of The Gummi Bears and Chip and Dale Rescue Rangers.
- Differences from the book:
- In the book Max Goof released a duck in the episode he released a raccoon.
- In the book Max Goof gave Bubbles a bath in the bathtub in the episode he gave Bubbles a bath in a washing machine.
- Waffles was absent from the book but he does appear in the episode.
- There was no swimming pool in the book but there was a swimming pool in the episode instead.
- In the book Peter Pete wore regular clothes at the end but in the episode he had no regular clothes at the end.
- In the book Bubbles' mom was a regular dinosaur in the episode she was a dragonsaurus.
